The wide variety of programs has an opportunity for everyone, from the Little Nak Muays programs, where 5-year-old kids are welcome to engage in Muay Thai while learning the basic movements through fun activities, or the Teen & Adult program, an introdutory-level class, to more advanced and challenging classes.
