At Moonshot Museum, your family has the unique opportunity to get up close and behind the scenes of the 21st-century space industry, as Pittsburgh’s spacecraft are built right there.
Your kids will have fun with the interactive exhibits, learn about the process of engineering a lunar rover, design their own mission patch, and will also have the chance to watch Pittsburgh engineers and technicians assemble real lunar spacecraft such as Astrobotic’s Griffin Lunar Lander, destined to reach the Moon’s South Pole.
The Moonshot Museum is Pennsylvania’s first space museum and offers interesting programs fueled by science, technology, engineering, and the arts.
